Bringing brand playfulness into a holiday celebration

As part of an internal culture initiative, monday celebrated Purim with a themed campaign across its Tel Aviv headquarters. The goal was to bring color, humor, and creativity into the workspace, while maintaining the company’s signature design standards.

Challenge
The visual concept had to feel festive and fun, but still aligned with the monday.com brand - known for its clarity, bold color use, and structured design system.

Solution
A custom illustration style and visual theme that reflected the joyful, costume-filled spirit of Purim while staying true to the brand’s voice. The design was modular and adaptable, with visual motifs that echoed the monday platform using shapes, color blocks, and minimal characters.

Impact
The campaign helped create a cohesive and energetic holiday experience, increasing internal engagement and team spirit. It also demonstrated how a strong brand system can flex to meet cultural moments, allowing room for creativity without losing identity.
